El Dorado – 30th Anniversary
“30 years since it was born, uff….
I don’t usually look back because it makes me dizzy; and, just in case, to avoid stumbling again over the same stones, because I have enough with the new ones I stumble over. But it doesn’t matter, I’ll keep on falling as if there’s no tomorrow; in other words, like everyone.
That said: 30 years and ONLY 11 concertos. Not one more.
This is not a typical tour (at least not one of mine), no: it’s a celebration at which we’ll play the whole record, from beginning to end, at some of the most majestic and beautiful  venues of this country.  
I am aware that his album, as well as the basic one, has been fundamental in my career, and thus deserves a more special treatment. In addition, it is undoubtedly the foundation on which I started to build the sound that to this day continues to be the hallmark of the house.  I want to emphasise the number of concerts in this celebration, so that no one is disappointed after thinking “we’ll see this El Dorado thing later on, there’ll end being many more...” Nope. That’s not going to happen, there are only 11. With every single song of this record, and of course, many more. I can’t wait. What about you? Take care.”  Carlos G.
Revolver, a well-known Spanish rock band, was founded in 1989 by the singer and composer Carlos Goñi, who made it his hallmark, using it as a pseudonym to publish his albums. The band has had a very prolific career full of hits and great live concerts that have converted Gofi in one of the most emblematic Spanish artists.
