A show about stories and children’s literature
Maricastaña and Bruno arrive from this hidden place where stories live. They look straight into spectators’ eyes, and characters arrive like flocks of birds to eat in their hands. They play traditional music, recite fables, invent nonsense and make the Punchinellos dance on the altarpiece.
Is the cat sleeping in the hat? Do you want to see how a clown tightrope walker holds a heavy bar on his nose? Are frogs, flies and devils parading in front of the audience? Everything is possible when Maricastaña and Bruno arrive, having been summoned by the children’s transparent gaze, better yet if they are accompanied.
"The Titiriteros of Binéfar have been travelling for more than forty years with their dolls, making plays with puppets  and music in streets, squares and theatres. We want our theatre to be for everyone: for children,  treated as sensitive and intelligent persons, and for adults who still have place for tenderness and for the festive game and ritual of theatre."
